Happy New Year to you from DisciplesNet Church! Try out this 22-minute New Year's gift to you, featuring storyteller Rev. Dr. Marti Steussy bringing her adaptation of Leo Tolstoy's "Where Love is, There Also is God." As Dr. Steussy tells of shoemaker's dream of Christ coming to visit him, we hear the scriptures that have been read of Matthew 25:35-40: "I was hungry and you visited me." Also on our worship is Ecclesiastes 3:1-13 ("To everything there is a season"), prayer, and the songs of Dean Phelps, Twana A. Harris, and background music of Susan McNeely on dulcimer and Bevery Heid on piano. Our DisciplesNet team wishes you a bright and blessed new year, and hope you enjoy this gift to you.
