2-Nov-25 (Luke 19:1-10)

Zacchaeus was quite generous in his giving after his encounter with Jesus. He vowed to give half of what he had to the poor. We're not all called to give that sacrificially, but we are all called to give in response to the ways God has blessed us. We can give of our time, our abilities, and our financial resources and the opportunity to do that last one is coming up right now.
The deacons will now come and take up our offering for today.

Prayer:

Please join me in a spirit of prayer.
God who loves each and every one of us completely, let us, in gratitude return generously to you of what you have blessed us with. Give us hearts that care for others, especially the sick, the hurting, and those in need.
Bless these offerings, that they will be put to use sharing the Good News that all of us are your children.
