So much in this world will divide us.  In so many places some people will be counted and included, but others will not. Yet at the table of the Lord, we can count on things being different, as our guest preacher this week, Rev. Pam Holt, reminds us.

We are honored to have Rev. Holt, Regional Minister of the Christian Church in Oklahoma with us. She uses the text from Matthew 14:13-21: the amazing story of what Jesus was able to do with five loaves. two fishes, and tens of thousands of hungry men, women, and children.

Our worship is just under 30 minutes, with singing, prayer, scripture, all designed for you to join in as suits you. We hope that you'll be blessed by worshiping with DisciplesNet, finding ways your own faith in God can grow in theses trying times.

As we do every week, our time together includes a time of communion (breaking of the bread) where you may choose to participate, or simply meditate as we tell of Jesus' invitation to "do this in remembrance of me."
If you would like to share with us at the table that goes beyond all earthly boundaries of time, place, and structure, we ask that you prepare a piece of bread of some type and a drink, such as grape juice, wine, or water. As we pray, our prayers are given to extend to where you are If you are unable to eat or drink, you may want to use a symbolic gesture or mental symbol as you come together at this table of remembrance with us.
