DisciplesNet's worship #29 continues the Easter and resurrection story, picking up that first day as the risen Jesus accompanies his followers, who don't yet know who he is, as they are on the road to Emmaus. In her message, Pastor Audrey Borschel inspires the church to, like those early disciples, know the Christ in the breaking of the bread. 
A wonderful song adds strong reinforcement to the theme,with Bob Riegel's stand alone version of that trip to Emmaus,"We will Know Him in the Breaking of the Bread." Also on this video is the amazing stringwork of gifted professional singer/songwriter Kara Barnard, who has graciously allowed us to use her blend of guitar, banjo, and mandolin for our opening with the all-time favorite of hymns, "Amazing Grace."
