Sometimes it's hard to find joy in the situations of our lives, personal matters or events around the world can weigh heavily on us. Pastor Carolynn Miller speaks to us from a variety of scriptures including Psalm 98, Isaiah 55:12, Psalm 96, Psalm 148, Psalm 150, and Luke 19:36-40 about living in joy even in spite of our circumstances.
Join us for 30 minutes of worship, prayer, scripture, a number of favorite hymns, and communion. You may choose to participate or simply meditate as we tell of Jesus' invitation to "do this in remembrance of me." If you would like to share with us at the table that goes beyond earthly boundaries of time, place, and structure, we ask that you prepare a piece of bread of some type and a drink such as grape juice, wine, or water. As we pray, our prayers extend to where you are. If you are unable to eat or drink, you may want to use a symbolic gesture or mental symbol as you come together at this table of remembrance with us.

Join us for just over 28 minutes of worship, prayer, scripture, a number of favorite hymns, and communion. Paul says, in 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 that we should "rejoice always, pray constantly, and give thanks in all circumstances." How do we do that, especially in a world where joy and thanks seem so minimal, and prayers sometimes seem a weak response?

Our worship service is 27 minutes of prayer, some favorite hymns, teaching, and communion.

John the Baptizer's ministry took place out in the wilderness. The wilderness represents a place of testing, place where we stand revealed, and thus a place where repentance is necessary.
Pastor Bob speaks to us from Mark 1:1-8 and also refers to the children's book "Where the Wild Things Are" by Maurice Sendak to help us realize our own need to give God, not just the best, but all the rest as well.
Our worship service is 30 minutes of prayer, some favorite hymns, teaching, and communion.
