To watch this worship service on YouTube, click here.

There are any number of things that are optional in the life of a Christian, but there are a few requirements. Rev. Russ talks about three of these from the words of the prophet Micah in Micah 6:8.
Join us for just over 28 minutes of worship, prayer, scripture, a number of favorite hymns, and communion. You may choose to participate or simply meditate as we tell of Jesus' invitation to "do this in remembrance of me." If you would like to share with us at the table that goes beyond earthly boundaries of time, place, and structure, we ask that you prepare a piece of bread of some type and a drink such as grape juice, wine, or water. As we pray, our prayers extend to where you are. If you are unable to eat or drink, you may want to use a symbolic gesture or mental symbol as you come together at this table of remembrance with us.

DisciplesNet Worship #819 Baptism of Jesus (Smith 1.11.2026)

To watch this worship service on YouTube, click here.

Jesus teaches us how to live a life devoted God and others. One way he does that is through his gentle care and concern for all people. Pastor Russ looks at how Isaiah 42:1-9 describes God's servant and show us how "gentle power" is an apt description of Jesus' ministry, one that we, as his followers, should imitate.
Join us for just under 28 minutes of worship, prayer, scripture, a number of favorite hymns, and communion. DisciplesNet Worship #810 Anniversary – (Shaw 11.09.2025)

To watch this worship service on YouTube, click here.

There was a time in Jesus' ministry when "He set his face on Jerusalem", knowing that he was going there, knowing that each thing he did from that point on moved closer. There are times in our lives when we have to set our faces toward what lies ahead in order to move toward it, often when that future isn't entirely mapped out. Pastor Bob speaks to us from Luke 9:51-62 about how Jesus set his mind on the future and how we too can move forward in faith.
This is also the 15th Anniversary of DisciplesNet and we celebrate those 15 years of ministry to people all over the world.
Join us for 29 minutes of worship, prayer, scripture, a number of favorite hymns, and communion. DisciplesNet Worship #809 All Saints Day – (Phelps 11.02.2025)

To watch this worship service on YouTube, click here.

We sometimes have this impression that "the saints" refers to those people who lived lives deserving to be honored and imitated, but when the writers of the New Testament used the term, they simply meant "the people of the church." So, the saints are people just like us, people with faults and failings, but people who are trying to live out their life of faith. Pastor Deb speaks to us from Luke 19:1-10 with some other references to help us realize that we too are saints, even when we fall short.
Join us for just over 30 minutes of worship, prayer, scripture, a number of favorite hymns, and communion. DisciplesNet Worship #808 Proper 25 – (Smith 10.26.2025)

To watch this worship service on YouTube, click here.

Jesus told the story of a Pharisee and a tax collector who approach God in very different ways. In the story, the Pharisee is brash and proudly recites to God all the things he's done. The tax collector, in the other hand, doesn't even look up toward heaven, but simply says, "Lord, have mercy upon me, a sinner." Pastor Russ speaks to us form Luke 18:9-14 about this story and helps us to see why humility is the only way to truly approach God while assuring us that God will indeed have mercy on us.
Join us for just over 30 minutes of worship, prayer, scripture, a number of favorite hymns, and communion.
