I don’t understand myself at all, the Apostle Paul writes. He goes on to talk about the grasp that sin has upon him and other humans—how even through we know the right thing to do, we end up not doing it, and instead doing what we know is wrong. Your life is a journey you must travel with a deep consciousness of God. It cost God plenty to you out of that dead end, emptyheaded life you grew up in. He paid with Christ's sacred blood, you know. He died like an unblemished, sacrificial lamb.
